S — Scripture

“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” — John 15:5

O — Observation

Jesus is reminding His disciples that all life and fruitfulness flow out of Him. The branch doesn’t strive to bear fruit on its own; it simply abides in the vine. The contrast is clear: with Him, abundance; without Him, emptiness.

A — Application

Where am I trying to produce fruit apart from Jesus through my own effort, striving, or control? Today, I sense His invitation to remain, to slow down and simply be with Him. Fruit will come, not from my performance, but from my connection to Him.

P — Prayer

Lord Jesus, teach me to remain in You. Draw me back when I wander. Help me to trust that life and fruit only come from staying close to You. May your love flow through me into every conversation, every task, every relationship today.
